List of Kindergarten Necessities - September 2019

As you already know, our son got accepted into the state kindergarten as of the school year 2019/2020, so we had fun these days with translating the list of rules and all requirements from our kindergarten. As the lists come in czech language and it really can get confusing, I decided to store here a few details, a translation of the list and my own comments or photos whenever necessary.

1st part: What kid needs for the classroom activities:

This list of requirements is received from kindergarten at the beginning of September and in our case it looked like that:

Translation in English of the above list requirements:
  • toilet paper (8 pieces) - 1 pack
  • paper napkins in a box - 2X
  • paper napkins for nose (10 pcs) - 1X
  • liquid soap in reserve
  • white, regular cleaning paper napkins (100 pcs)
  • plastic bags for snacks/sandwiches (2 packs)
  • paper bags for snacks/sandwiches (1 pack)
  • coloured pencils, non-breaking, hard from the brand koh-i-nor
  • black marker alcohol based
  • coloured markers
  • solid glue from the brand KORESI - 2 pcs
  • 1 set of white A4 printing paper
We found all above products at Globus hypermarket and there were many moms with similar lists searching these items. I can recommend Globus because of their low prices, quality but also diversity, because for ex. specific brands like koh-i-nor you do not find everywhere. And yes, koh-i-nor is a czech product, the best crayons, my favourite that I have ever used, since childhood were made in Czech Republic and I had no idea. Both for artist and student level these pencils and actually anything from koh-i-nor is high quality for its price.
Here is the photo of all items from the list:

The requirement from our kindergarten was to bring them by end of September, so we did.

Part 2: Kindergarten Rules + Requirements for Children Wear, Outdoor/Indoor Stay:

These requirements are about clothes, pyjamas, outdoor wear, rain coat, boots, indoor stay, indoor shoes and in general everything you can imagine or use for your child while at home and at the park.
I am leaving just a list in czech with my English translation written on the czech text, but if is not clear or sufficient will try to prepare more detailed presentation of these requirements, I think they are quite intuitive and easy to prepare. As a side not, make sure to write the child name/initial on all stuff from this point, as they can easily get lost. For writing name I used textile markers from IKEA.
Here are the requirements + rules that kids must be aware/know how to (with my translation):

bellow are the requirements for footwear, indoor/outdoor stay, drinking cup:

NOTE: the 1st requirement calls for 'prezuvky' which are a a quite popular, special type of indoor footwear that we loved even before knowing they are required in most (well in all that I know) czech kindergartens. They are with a white sole, enclosed, very comfortable and the only place where we found them at goo price is at Globus Hypermarket, you can find them here in all colours, sizes and on sales, for a price of 139 czk, while full price is 179 czk and in reqular shops it can cost even 200 - 300 czk, even if is really same brand. They look like these in the image bellow:

Goodluck with the preparation and feel free to ask any questions bellow in the comments question.
Also, if you are a Czech speaking person, I would be very grateful for your input, comments and corrections.

Hope you found this article at least a little helpful!
